WHAT IS INCLUDED

The cottage has 3 bedrooms (12 x 12)

1. 2 single beds

2. 1 queen size and set of bunks

3. 1 single bed and 1 set of bunks

3 piece bathroom with, linen and towels, Large open concept Kitchen (Frig, stove, microwave, coffee maker and toaster etc.) living room with cathedral ceiling, TV w/ antenna, telephone (705-237-7814), fireplace and electric heat, BBQ on the deck. I am also on the same island 2 doors down, typical property width is 300 ft, and it is private. Swimming is good water and is clean enough to drink but we have a water purifier on the kitchen tap. I do not encourage pets but will not refuse them. 

Boat rental: 16' steel boat with a 25hp Mercury engine and canoe.
