The Canada Jay is known by many names. He is commonly called Gray Jay for his colour and Whiskey-Jack from his native name 'wiss-ka-tjon'. He's a welcome sight in the middle of winter when he doesn't migrate like many other birds although he will travel in search of food. If you provide him with something he likes he'll come back to visit again and again.
